This is such an easy recipe and very tasty as well. I added a customized version because I made a couple of changes. I added 1/2 cup of finely chopped pecans to the crust, which made it very tasty. Since semi-sweet chocolate can be a little overpowering, I used milk chocolate morsels in the same quantity as stated in the recipe.

Cajun Style Meatloaf

This meatloaf is so tasty! My husband and I both loved it. The spicy vegetable mix is perfect. I had a pound of hot sausage, so I used that instead of the andouille, but I'm sure it would have been wonderful with the andouille. I was a little afraid of the spice, so I didn't use the cayenne pepper, but it would have been good with it, if you like cayenne. I don't really like meatloaf that much, but this is a winner!

Creole Cornbread Stuffing

This is excellent for a change from traditional stuffing. I probably won't make any other stuffing from now on. I used the serving converter to make 8 servings and it still came out great. Didn't use it to stuff the turkey, but baked it in a 9 X 13 baking dish instead. Came out great as a side dish.

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

This is an easy and very tasty recipe. Also works with plain diced tomatoes with Italian seasoning added. If you like your food spicier, add a little more crushed pepper. I used a teaspoon instead of a half teaspoon and it was just right for us. This one is a keeper!

Amy's Cilantro Cream Sauce

I made the recipe without any changes. I wasn't sure how much cilantro to use, but I love a lot, so I used a whole large bunch, probably about a cup after chopped. We had this on sauteed grouper, and it was delicious! I'm sure I will use this over and over on lots of things!

Linda's Blue Cheese Dressing

My husband is a blue cheese fanatic, and he loves this recipe. I doubled the blue cheese and also added more parmesan than what is called for in the recipe- probably 3 times as much.

I have used this marinade recipe on salmon, tuna, shrimp, chicken, wings, and pork. It tastes great on everything! I also added ginger.

Chicken Breasts With Herb Basting Sauce

This is a wonderful tasty basting sauce. I doubled the recipe because we like a lot of flavor, and it turned out wonderfully. The next time we cook a turkey breast on the smoker, we will use this recipe to baste it. Yummy!
