Grilled Asian Chicken

Please follow the recipe to the T the first time you make it. I really hate when people rate recipes that they have changed in any way. I loved the recipe!! The only change I made was letting the chicken sit in the marinade a bit longer.

Teriyaki Finger Steaks

This recipe came out great!! I used ribeye steak and it came out excellent!! I let it marinade for 5 hours and I cut the steaks into 1 inch cubes. I also alternated btwn steak, peppers, and pineapple.

Baked Lemon Chicken

I loved the way this chicken came out. I added a little more lemon and I also added some seasoning to my breadcrumbs. If you want your chicken to be on the crispier side, place the chicken on a rack and increase the temperature a bit. I also sprayed a little olive oil on top....very little!! Thanks for the recipe!

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

This recipe is sooooo good. I have to give it 5 stars. My daughter and I love it. I actually got this recipe from a friend and I was in love. The taste changes a bit if you use coals. I personally prefer coal grilling. Great Recipe!!

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Good recipe. Make sure to use Baby Rays!! I would also add more flavor to the pork if you like a lot of flavor. I rubbed liquid smoke, garlic, and lawrys on the picnic shoulder. I also used 1 cup of beef broth.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

This recipe is very good. I think with some tweaks it would be a five star recipe. Be sure to check the chicken periodically because you may over cook the chicken. I think I should have cooked it for 4 hours instead of 5. I also would maybe double the seasoning for the chickens because the seasoning sticks to your hands while rubbing them. Overall this recipe was worth trying out.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

I think that the recipe was good. I really hate to say that the meatballs were too bland and had too much breadcrumbs. If I made it again, I would put less breadcrumbs and add more seasoning. I think the sauce was good, but I also would add some seasoning to that as well. I did enjoy the sauce the most.
