Two Ingredient Pumpkin Cake

I made this cake a few weeks ago and forgot to rate it. I made the spice version following the recipe as written and thought it was great but my wife said she could taste the pumpkin and didn't care for it. I then made a devil's food version by the recipe and she loved it. I have since made this for a family function and everybody loved it. DON'T ADD EGGS!! This is supposed to be a light recipe.

Healthier Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

I have now made this 3 times with many comments - all positive. I even gave some to a friend but didn't tell him what was in it because he doesn't like cottage cheese or sour cream. He loved the mac&cheese, then I told him the contents. He would like more!! I made exactly as directed.

Fennel Soda Bread

Made recipe as written. Was orginally made to go with sausage and beans but was so good, we finished the bread and put the sausage and beans in the fridge for leftovers. There was no leftover bread!!!

Simple Scones

I made scones as directed and drizzled conf. sugar mix with orange zest on top. Also made them with cinn. chips and drizzled conf. sugar mix & cinn. on top. Both turned out great. If I can do this, anyone can. Just follow the recipe before going done a different path.

Blue Cheese Dip II

Made as directed except for onions. Seemed like a lot. After a day in the fridge, I also added 1/2 tsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. worcester sauce and 1/4-1/2 tsp. tabasco sauce. This was so good,we were looking for more food (after the wings were gone) to put it on.
