LOVED THEM! I've made bread and butter pickles before, but this was my first batch with green peppers and it was a great addition. The only thing I did differently than your recipe is I rinsed off the cucumber mixture after soaking in salt. It turned out just right after I was done. Thanks!

Apple Zucchini Bread

AWESOME! I made it exactly as recipe called for but I made 6 mini loaves instead (5-3/4 X 3-1/4 X 2). Kept one for myself and gave the rest out as gifts. Everybody, including me, LOVED them. Especially good warm. THANKS!!!

Spinach Garlic Soup

GREAT! So much flavor in this easy to make recipe. I love that it's pureed so my husband couldn't pick out the carrots. He didn't even know they were in there! 2 thumbs up.
