Special Irish Beef Stew

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2009
This is an excellent recipe! I made this tonight for St. Patrick's Day and everyone loved it! I followed the recipe exactly except I used a 12 oz. bottle of coors light and did add 2 more potatoes (we like a lot of potatoes!). It was fantastic! The meat was tender, the veggies were perfect, the taste was awesome and it looked terrific, especially with the parsley sprinkled at the end. My dad is Italian and my mom is Irish and they both LOVED it!!! I am making it again next week for my sister and brother in law. Thank you Kim for a terrific, delicious recipe! This one's a keeper.

Tuna Noodle Casserole II

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2009
I made this tonight for dinner and it was fantastic! It wasn't dry or bland, it was super easy, too! I used shredded cheddar and added some fresh broccoli (which I cooked with the pasta the last 2 minutes it was boiling) other than that I made no changes. Thank you for a terrific recipe Chris, my family loved it, we don't even have leftovers!!!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Excellent recipe! I did saute the onions with 2 garlic cloves in butter, and I didn't layer, I just put everything in the sauce and poured over the potatoes and it was delicious! No leftovers unfortunately, but family begging me to make it again. Thanks Cathy, great recipe!!!

Sausage, Peppers, Onions, and Potato Bake

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2010
This recipe is awesome!!! I followed it exactly except that I added the Italian seasonings while I was preparing the dish - parsley to the sausage, basil to the potatoes and oregano to the peppers and onions. I also added some parmesan cheese just before popping it into the oven. It is one of the best dishes I have ever made and there were no leftovers. Thank you Beccabo73 for an incredible recipe.

Made these last night for New Year's Eve and they were delicious! I added a little chive and spread the cream cheese on the bread before cutting into thirds. I used a pizza cutter to slice the bread. Very tasty and family loved them. Thanks for great recipe!

Slow Cooker Pork Cacciatore

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2014
Made this for my parents tonight and they loved it! I followed recipe except I used 8 pork chops and one 15 oz. can of fire-roasted tomatoes (all I had), 6 cloves of garlic (we like garlic!) and both a red and green bell pepper. The sauce is a little thin but could be adjusted to preferred consistency. I cooked it in slow cooker 3 hours on high, came out perfectly, meat very tender! Don't skip the mozzarella cheese! It's delicious! Thanks for a great recipe!!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2014
Made this with my boyfriend 2 weekends ago and it was awesome! We didn't add chicken broth, just used some of the water the chicken and veggies cooked in. We set timer for 30 minutes and checked it, and it needed another 5 minutes to be browned and bubbly and yummy! Next time will ommit the peas (I hate peas haha!) and add diced potato! Thanks for recipe!
