Prosciutto Parmesan Pasta

This dish was much too salty for my entire family, and I love salt. I think if the amount of prosciutto was decreased, it would make a big difference.

Pineapple Sirloin Skewers

I loved this marinade. Simple ingredients I had in the house, and the meat really had a nice taste. The pineapple is a nice touch, the kids loved that part.
