Mexican Rice I

i used 2 cups of instant rice and 2 cups of chicken broth, one fresh tomatoe, and doubled the seasonings except for the rice. I also add 1/2 teaspon of garlic. it came out great.

This was a great recipe. The only changes I made was to add lemon juice and add a lot of garlic, as well as hot sauce to give a little extra kick. I think I added a little too much pasta so I had to add more flavor. Very good.

Soft Sugar Cookies II

I tried these and was not impressed. They came out way to thick and was not the sugar cookie that I am used to baking. I think the recipe called for too much flour.
