This recipe is amazing! Followed it exactly with the exception that I halved the lemon juice. It was perfect and sooooo delicious! I will be making this again and again!

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2005
This is really, really wonderful. I made these for Thanksgiving and everyone loved them. I will make this again and again -- and not just for the holidays! They really do reheat well, so don't be afraid to prepare them ahead and time and then just reheat them.

This is a wonderful summer salad! It is fast and easy and uses up some of the cucumbers and tomatoes from the garden. We really love this recipe!

Beef Bourguignon II

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2004
This is an awesome recipe and I have made it several times now with great success! I followed some of the other suggestions, though, by using a little less wine (1 1/2 cups), omitting the onions, and adding a can of beef broth. I also added a can of creamy mushroom soup at the end and baked it for 30 more minutes. The aroma it makes while cooking is wonderful and I have used different cuts of meat and they have all turned out tender and tasty. We absolutely love this dish and I will make it again and again! Thank you for the recipe!

Brown Sugar Smokies

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2004
These were awesome! I followed the recipe, but I baked them longer -- about an hour -- as I like my bacon crisp. All of the previous suggestions were right -- use as much brown sugar as you can. I used a jelly roll pan and lined it with foil to make clean-up easier. They were so wonderful! Even my picky 7-year old just loved them! I will definitely make these again and again! Thank you for the recipe!

Bread Pot Fondue

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2004
This was really good. Made it for New Years Eve and we just loved it. I followed the directions completely, although I did not toast the reserved bread. We did need extra bread for dipping as suggested by many others. I will definitely make this again and again!

Oven Pot Roast

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2003
This recipe is a keeper! I didn't know how to fix the rump roast in the freezer because they always seem to come out so dry. I tried this recipe and it is great! The meat was tender and very moist. Everyone loved it -- even my 6 year old picky-eater. Following some of the other reviews, I used the whole packet of onion soup mix and increased the dry vermouth to 3/4 cup. I also added potatoes and carrots for the last hour of baking. I will definitely make this again!

Elegant Chicken

Reviewed: May 23, 2003
This recipe is so AWESOME!!! I was very skeptical at first, because I just wasn't sure how these ingredients mixed together would taste. But needing something different, I tried it and boy was I suprised! I didn't make any changes to the recipe and it was really, really good. My whole family loved it and even my 6 year old ate the chicken -- without ketchup -- and she hardly ever eats anything without ketchup. Thanks for such a great recipe. I will make it again and again!
