Oatmeal Crispies I
These are terrific! I've made 2 batches of these cookies now. I added 1/2 tsp cinnamon to the dough with the oats. I decided to use a juice cup to get rid of the tine marks on the cookies, but don't forget to dip into the milk! I split about half of the dough into wax paper, so I had 2 logs. The first one I cook, and the second one I freeze for later. Thanks for the great recipe!

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin
Super easy and quick. I chopped up all of my veggies the night before. The only very minor cons: It took 10 minutes longer to reach 160', and I had to heat up the cooking juices with the gravy mix on the stove to make it thicken up. VERY minor issues, but thought I should mention it. The tenderloin came out VERY tender, and the gravy was terrific! I used a pinot noir, as it is my mom-in-law's favorite, and we were making this for her birthday. The gravy was very tasty on the mashed potatoes. We also served fresh green beans with it and a loaf of wheat/italian bread. Enjoy!

Banana Crumb Muffins
I was looking for something that resembled my mother's banana nut bread, and this is it! YUM! This is a lighter, more cake-like recipe, and perfect for morning coffee. I made half of them without the topping, so there was variety. This was good, because my kids didn't like the cinnamon. Tasty, and highly recommended!
