Added more pepper than called for. Also added a little water at a time until consistency needed. I followed the advice of another poster, sprayed baking pan with Pam. They came off easy, of course the ones I sliced thinner were better!

Cabbage and Kielbasa

Fixed this for supper tonight. Instead of cooking potatoes with it I cut up a few carrots, put them in with the onion then cooked as directed. Served with some mashed potatoes and a skillet of cornbread. Definitely a keeper recipe. Easy and quick for weeknights

Sweet Pepper Pasta Toss with Kale

Have had this in my "Recipebox" for awhile and finally cooked it last night. Used about 4 times the kale, 1/4 tsp cayenne, 4 ozs feta. Definitely a keeper. Am eating it cold for lunch today and I think it tastes even better!
