Garlic Butter
I've made this twice and it comes out great if you use salted butter and just add the garlic powder instead of the garlic salt. The butter has enough salt in it already so just use the garlic powder instead of the garlic salt and then add all the other ingredients and mix it all up. Wonderful taste, really great on top of italian bread slices!

Coffee Liqueur
Just made this recipe and it is wonderful. A tad on the sweet side though so I'm betting that most people will have to make this a few times to adjust the amount of sugar to get it correct. As for me, next time I will make it with 3 cups of sugar instead of 4 and I'm sure it will be perfect. Great recipe, just needs a little tweaking for sweetness. I will be making this again and again and......:)

Grandma's Corn Chowder
I make this recipe just like it's written a few times per month and it is DELICIOUS! I don't change a thing except, I think I tend to leave a little more of the bacon fat in the pot than 2 tablespoons. Since I usually halve the recipe I just cook 3 strips of bacon for a half recipe and I leave all of the bacon fat in the pot that accumulates and then I go on to the next step and add the potatoes and onions which I cook in the bacon grease like the recipe says too. Great recipe and I had never made any kind of chowder until I made this so it's really easy too. You will love it guaranteed. It'll become a favorite, no doubt in my mind!
