Pati's Spinach and Boysenberry Salad
I didn't realize this ever got posted. I'm glad it did. It's SO yummy! I wanted to ad, I've since changed my diet to make it healthier. I tried the recipe again subbing the brown sugar for granulated Splenda and used a "no sugar added" jam to replace the full sugar jam. It was STILL yummy!

Baked Omelet Squares
This was SOOO yummy! I made lots of leftovers so have for the week. My variation was that I browned the ham, removed from pan, then browned bell pepper and onion, added tiny cubes of zucchini. Put that and the olives in the bottom of a Pam sprayed 9X13 pan. Added the cheese then slowly the egg mixture as directed. Topped with crumbled bacon. The leftovers were even great cold for a quick breakfast or snack. Oh, and I cooked it a little less than called for. I LIKE it a little wet.

Easy Homestyle Green Beans
I would have given it 10 stars if I could! Yum!!! I pretty much followed the recipe, only modifying slightly. Here's what I did. I used very meaty bacon. I used a whole sliced onion. I rinsed the beans and discarded the liquid. After adding the beans to the onions and bacon, I added about 1/4 c water and sprinkled with about 1/3- 1/2 a seasoning packet from Top Ramen. I tried it twice. We liked the beef packet better than chicken. SOOOO yummy. I don't think I'll ever make the traditional green bean casserole with cream of mushroom soup (which I LOVE by the way) again because this is so much better. Thanks Jenn
