Penne with Pancetta and Mushrooms

excellent, though I agree with others and you need more sauce. I added some chopped onion and lots more garlic, it was very tasty!!

Gingerbread Boy Cookies

good cookies, but they need a little more spice in them. I doubled the cinnamon and ginger, but next time I'll add even more. also needed the extra 1/3 cup of flour, as another reviewer noted.

really nice bread. i used half whole wheat flour, still nice and light. does make a large braided loaf, next time i think i would divide it into 2 loaves.

Peanut Butter Cupcakes

excellent recipe. The peanut butter doesn't overpower the cupcakes. The only change I made was half whole wheat flour, half all purpose, came out great!!

Roast Leg of Lamb with Rosemary

my first time cooking a leg of lamb and it was excellent!! Actually marinated for 2 days, super tender and used the leftovers in a yummy curry the next day
