Creamy Blueberry Pie

Excellent pie, I used store bought crust and for the topping took the advice of others and used 1/4 brown sugar, 1/4 cup white sugar, and a pinch of cinnamon. Since I don't have a pastry blender for the topping, just mixed it together with my hands for a nice crumble. SO EASY AND SO GOOD.

Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole

Followed the advice of others and used a medium salsa, cooked chicken with onion and fresh garlic, and made rice with chicken broth instead of water. Turned out great, this is a no frills family dinner, nothing fancy but definitely tasty and filling, that is why I gave it 5 stars. Next time I will make more rice, like a cup and 1/2, there was enough “sauce” for more rice.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Great taste for such an easy recipe. Will make this again without a doubt. Anone who rated it below a 5 either screwed it up or didn't bake it long enough. I baked at 350 degrees for 65 minutes, checking it at 50 minutes with a toothpick every 5 minutes til done(:

Pizza Casserole

Pretty tasty for a basic family meal. Admittedly, after reading the reviews saying it was a little bland, I did "spice it up" a little by adding in a dash of oregano, thyme, and garlic powder, and emptied in 1/4 of a bottle of leftover spag. suace with basil in it. Also I like mushrooms on my pizza, so I threw some in as well. For a simple casserole, this is a keeper and I will make it again. Might even top it with black olives next time, my daughter's favorite(:

Kitchen Sink Cookies

5 stars, plus one. Best cookie recipe EVER. I have received so many compliments when I bring these cookies with me I am starting to think people like my cookies more than me. Just try it, you'll love them, very rich and decadent. And addictive! I used receipe as is, however I us salted butter in my cookie recipes because I like that salty/sweet combo.
