Soft Onion Sandwich Rolls

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2008
I love this basic recipe. I did not make it with the onion though. The first time I used sweet potato flakes and bread flour. I made it again a few days later with roasted garlic potato flakes with bread flour. Each time they came out light and WONDERFUL. My family loves these.

Chutney Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2008
I was skeptical even though the reviews were great. My husband and I LOVED this. I used Mango Chutney and added brown sugar and chayenne(sp) pepper (per another review). I did only use a half a pack of onion soup mix and and added a bit more dried onions. I will make this again!!

This was fabulous. I took the suggestion and made the garlic asparagus with it. One thing I did do was leave out the butter. It came out just fine!

This was GREAT. I did not have any sour cream though and I used plain non-fat yogurt. I too was skeptical about the vinager so I only used 4 tablespoons. They came out sooo tender. My husband did not like the look of the dish but he and my daughter (4 yrs) loved it too.

Cinnamon Swirl Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2007
Really easy to make. I made 4 small loaves (as not to eat it all at once). We ate a loaf hot out of the oven. Then my daughter requested it every morning for breakfast. I also gave one to a neighbor and they ate the whole loaf that night.
