Buche de Noel

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2007
It was delicious and looked great. Maybe the next time I use half of the filling to spread on the sponge cake and te other half as frosting with confectioner sugar.

Challah I

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2007
It was amazing; I used 4 eggs instead of 3 and 1 cup of honey instead of 1/2. I also substituted 2 1/2 water with 1 milk+1 1/2 water.

Grilled Chicken with Herbs

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2007
I liked this recipe,What I suggest is if you don't like the sour taste very much (so dominant), the 2 hrs marinating is enough.

I made it, It looked great. I kept in freezer for about 20 min. The thing that I didn't like was the taste. It was too sweet for my taste.

French Bread Rolls to Die For

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2007
I made this fabulous bread, honeslty it was my first baking experience and I'm quite happy with the results. What I did in addition to the original receipe, was covering the doughs with greased clear wrap for rising and Before baking, coated that with egg white and poppy seed. Also I sprayed on that during the baking about 3 times with water. It came out of the oven so beautiful. It is so delicious too (not salty and not sweet). My next plan is substitute water with milk and adding more sugar to the receips to see what happens.
