Being Cuban, I love cooking anything with that caribbean flavor... black beans and rice, picadillo, Cuban sandwiches!!!
My cooking triumphs
I just made my first Christmas meal, and it was a hit!!! Everyone loved everything and asked me for the recipes!!
My cooking tragedies
I have yet to have one big tragedy, just a bunch of small ones that turn out for a not bad, but not tasty meal.
