This was a pretty good recipe; it's a keeper even if I do have one already for a veggie burger. It uses shredded zucchini, fine chopped mushrooms, brown rice and parmesan and mozzarella cheese for the base. I burned it and didn't have anymore of some of the ingredients to be able to remake so I found this one to do. This calls for ingredients always on hand and not alot of ingredients and it still tastes great...in a different way than my usual but with the ease all around, it may become my number 1.
