I've looked at this recipe on and off, deciding if it would be good or just weird. All I can say is WOW. It was awesome. I made it exactly as the recipe was written, with the exception of using Apricot preserves in place of peach because I had it in the house. The mix of flavors was just incredible, and the pork stayed really moist. (My biggest complaint about pork tenderloin is it always dries out.) Even my 13-year-old-I-hate-everything son loved it and had two helpings. This would be spectacular at a special dinner, as it is really an attractive dish. This is definitely a keeper!
