Overnight Berry Coffee Cake
Only change I made was I used 1 cup white flour and 1 cup wheat. This is a DEElicious Coffeecake.

Zucchini Boats on the Grill
These were a nice change to grilled veggies. I did however omit the boiling phase and cooked them directly on the grill. I also had some yellow squash that I used as well. Actually I think the yellow squash was better. This recipe is a keeper!

Soft-N-Fluffy Hamburger Buns
Really good burger buns! The only reason I didn't give the recipe a 5 is because I altered the recipe by using 1 c. wheat flour, 2 c. bread flour, 1 T sugar, 1 T honey and eliminated the gluten. the men in my family gave them 2 thumbs up:0)
