Little Mickey's Favorite Cheesecake

This recipe is great! I followed it with the exception of adding peanut butter cups (chopped) instead of the regular chocolate chips. Then topped with caramel and chocolate fudge sauce (Robinsons from jar). Excellent. My husband requests this for his birthday every year.

Chinese Cold Pasta Salad

I'm giving this 4 starts because I added what the reviewers had said in order jazz this up. Shredded carrots, water chestnuts, dash of rice wine vinegar, and chopped cashews (for sweetness). I had to double the sauce as well because otherwise it is bland. Used capellini instead of fettuccine because I like a thinner noodle. Overall however this is a GREAT combination of flavors. Even better the second day after it sits. Thanks for this recipe!

Easy Vodka Sauce

I was a little skeptical of the sauce before it was fully simmered and the flavors were developed. But after that, holy cow- AMAZING!!! I did variations like the others: added oregano, basil, parsley and garlic, sugar, salt, pepper. Used olive oil rather than butter (and less). Simmered for 45-hour after adding the cream. Served with sirloin meatballs. Amazing.

Grandmother's Oatmeal Cookies

These were great- as everyone says. I cooked 11 minutes instead of 12 so they were softer. Used milk chocolate chips. Overall, great flavor. This is my new oatmeal cookie recipe. Thanks for sharing!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Every time I make this recipe, I get rave reviews! I use blue cheese dressing, add real blue cheese, and use Frank's Wing sauce (I use a whole bottle- but I like it spicy!). I keep it heated in a crock pot. My entire family has asked for this recipe- always a hit. Thank you for this recipe!

Scrambled Egg Brunch Bread
