Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Good basic stew, quick and easy. I used 2/3 C of flour, doubled the seasonings, and placed it in a ziplock bag with the meat and shook it, then dumped it into the crockpot. I doubled the amount of broth used and also used 2T of worcestershire sauce. The meat turned out very tender and the veggies were perfect.

Smashed Cauliflower

This is so good! I drain the broth after the cauliflower has softened as they seem a little runny otherwise. I highly recomend this as a side dish!

Scalloped Potatoes and Pork Chops

This was ok but pretty bland for my taste. I followed the recomendations and microwaved the potatoes before putting them in the oven but they were still undercooked. I'm going to try it again and add some more spices and microwave the potatoes longer.

Herb Roasted Pork Loin and Potatoes

I broiled the potatoes while the pork was sitting as recomended and they turned out perfectly golden brown. My boyfriend and his buddy devoured EVERYTHING and couldn't stop remarking at how juicy the pork was. I will definately be making this over and over!

Ginger Snap Cookies

These cookies are fantastic! My boyfriend's favorite cookie from a local specialty store taste just like these. I preshape balls and freeze them and just make small batches. These are absolutely the best ginger cookie.

Slow Cooker Macaroni and Cheese I

This was delicious. I used cheddar and pepperjack cheeses, reduced the eggs to 1 and stirred it 1/2 way through cooking. The cooking time was only about 3 hours and turned out fantastic, my boyfriend can't get enough every time I make it.
