Lemon Snowflake Cookies

I used 2 cups of whipped cream instead of 2 1/4. Was very sticky as everyone has said. Put the dough in the refrigerator for about an hour. Was still a little sticky but spooned out a amount of the dough and shaped it into a ball as I was rolling in the sugar. Seemed easier than trying to form into a ball prior to rolling it. Cookies were delicious! Light and very lemony.

Toll House® Blonde Brownies

I changed the serving size to 24 on this and baked them in a regular 9 X 13 pan for about 18 or 19 minutes (just until the top gets golden). They are PERFECT. I wouldn't change a single thing about this recipe. They were so good I had one for breakfast with my morning coffee today.

Aunt Mary's Banana-Chocolate Chip Bread

Love this recipe! After taste-testing it for me, my husband (who tends to be ather picky) informed me that I'm not allowed to share this with our 2 children as he wants to keep it all for himself! Used 3 bananas (instead of 2) and 3/4 cup of chocolate chips instead of a full cup (because that's all I had) and it turned out perfectly. I cooked it for 40 minutes uncovered and then tented it with foil for the last 20 minutes. Nice color on the finished loaf. Great flavor and texture.

Pink Lady Cake

I made this cake for my daughter's birthday and it was FABULOUS! I did use fresh strawberries instead of frozen and it turned out perfectly. Cooking time was right on. Cake is a nice pink color (which she loved) and is very moist. Instead of the strawberry icing, my daughter wanted something like a "wedding cake icing" which I found on this site as well. I frosted it with a very thin layer of that and it was wonderful! I will definately make this again.

Wedding Cake Icing

I changed the servings to 8 and it was more than enough for frosting a 9X13 cake. The measurements appeared to be just right as it was the perfect consistency. I did not have to add any additional water to it. I did use all vanilla extract instead of vanilla and almond. It was DELICIOUS!
