Oh my gosh! I have roasted just about every other vegetable out there, but have never tried roasting brussels sprouts. I don't know why, since they are one of my favorites. These were excellent! Like another reviewer, I added some minced garlic and I roasted at 375 degrees for about 30mins - just til nicely browned - not black. I love the way the outer leaves get crispy. It's almost like eating candy, but with a little salty bite to it. My mother and husband, who don't love brussels like I do, raved about these. My husband was even sharing this recipe with the guys he works with in a millwork shop! Thank you for sharing your simple yet delicious recipe, JAQATAC.
