Aunt Cora's World's Greatest Cookies
These cookies looked/tasted amazing. Not the healthiest cookies, but if you don't care about the calories, made the cookies! Perfect combination of peanut butter and chocolate. I've made them for my family and a group of 23 year old guys. Disappeared within an hour both times. I recommend taking them out when just about to brown, bc they will turn more golden on the pan. If you wait until golden in the oven, they will turn out drier/crispier.

Hasty Chocolate Pudding
I try to shield away from box food. This pudding recipe was wonderful. It was for my little brother, so I used 2% organic milk and ghirardelli unsweetened cocoa powder. I microwaved it for 3 minutes more after the first initial 3 min. The pudding was thick and smooth. I shifted the dry ingredients before slowly adding the milk. I made it into a parfait with lowfat cats cookie from trader joes, and peanut butter mixed with cool whip frozen (sim. to peanut butter pie w/o the powdered sugar) with chocolate sauce on top. Both my 15 and 23 brother loved it.

Cathy's Banana Bread
I did try and make this healthier and was disappointed in the results. I used lowfat vanilla yogurt (Mountain High), reduce sugar to 1 cup, used 1/2 wheat and 1/2 ap, added pecans and spices. My family ate it all, but I have tried better banana bread recipes. The cinnamon/sugar to flour the pan was a nice touch though.
