These are not muffins, they are very cake like. Way too much sugar, they wouldn't come out of the pans. On the upside they were very tasty.

Peanut Butter Vegetable Chicken Soup

We all liked this in our family, even my picky nine year old. If you don't like peanut butter don't eat this because it does have a little bit of that flavor. Very good, it's a keeper!
