Best Tuna Casserole
I doubled the onion and used 3 5oz cans of tuna in olive oil to add moisture. It was delicious!

Modenese Pork Chops
Delicious! I marinated the pork chops with the juice of a lemon and some seasoning and substituted butter for olive oil. Great way to cook pork chops!
