Simple Roasted Chickpea Snack
No disrespect, but these had a gross texture. As other reviews said, they were chewy and mushy in the middle. I so wanted to love these but the only thing they had going for them was the seasoning. I had anticipated a new addictive snack and bought extra cans so I could make a nutritious stockpile. Bummer man. I believe with some modifications, it could have potential to be good, but I shall waste no more time trying! I'm saving my chic peas for my tried, true and always super delicious hummus.

Bacon-Balsamic Deviled Eggs
FANTASTIC!!! 10 stars dude. I was looking for a unique Deviled Egg recipe and this was a GREAT find! If you don't want it as sweet - add less sugar...If you want it less salty - you know the drill, modify and make it your own. This is a keeper and the deviled eggs I will be bringing to parties. Thank you Stephanie, you rock!

Potato Chip Cookies VI
My mother used to make us potato chip cookies when we were little. I don't have her recipe but I knew someone here would have one. Great recipe! I did use butter instead of shortening and substituted almond extract in place of the vanilla. Although the cookies were slightly flat, I believe if I used less butter, they would be fuller. But the taste...freakin' awesome. Thank you for this recipe. P.S. I used fresh, ridged potato chips. Makes a difference.
