Kalamata Pork Tenderloin with Rosemary

Spicy Sausage Casserole

This was not a very good recipe. I tried adding some rice to cook along with it, but it just didn't turn out. My family did not like this, and I won't be making it again.

The Best Chicken Soup Ever

I have to agree tith the name of this recipe. Very good! I used an extra beef bullion cube and extra garlic to tone down the chicken-y flavor.

This was a great holiday side dish. A hit with everyone, even my husband who usually doesn't eat broccoli. I used frozed broccoli/cauliflower mix, and I used canned cream of broccoli soup instead of cream of mushroom. Definitely a keeper!!

Carrot Broccoli Salad

This was a very good side salad for a recent party. It tasted even better the next day. I would recommend making this dish the day before you plan on serving it. I made this with fresh broccoli florets, but I will definitely chop them into smaller pieces next time.
