Pink Lemonade Pie

Absolutely fabulous! I made my own graham cracker crust, then doubled the recipe and poured it into a large cake pan. Only thing is, it gets gooey fast, so maybe some unflavored gelatin to help it set better. But the flavor was really good--made it for a sorority event and everyone loved it!

Classic Tiramisu

This was so tasty! My family RAVED forever. I substituted 1/4 cup mascarpone for cream cheese since all I had was 1 cup of the mascarpone. Turned out fine. After letting it sit for 48 hours it was fantastic. Even better sprinkled with some extra amaretto and served with ice cream.

Creamy Orange Cake

Absolutely delish! My grocery store didn't have orange cake mix so I went with lemon! It got wonderful reviews--and I'm thinking lemon cake mix with raspberry jello and some raspberry topping would be really good, too!

Holy these are delicious! Yummy yummy yummy. I was on a time crunch and used a box devil's food cake mix instead of the flour, sugar, baking powder, etc, and it was so good and easy. Tasty

Eclair Cake

I had this at a dinner, and it was gooey and and I did not care for the taste--I was excited to have "eclair" cake but it didn't really taste like a real eclair. Pudding and canned frosting just don't do it for me I guess.

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

Chai Tea Mix

Definitely a hit with everyone! Very authentic and not "powdered-milky" tasting like others I've had. I bagged it up in little cups and packaged it up with homemade cinnamon rolls as a Christmas Breakfast present for my friends!

Dill Dip III

Add a can of corned beef and serve with bread toasts or crackers! The dill and corned beef blend is PERFECT for St Pats and really good. Or for those meat-eaters in your life. Use a hand mixer to blend in the beef so it's not chunky--canned corn beef ain't pretty.

Raspberry Poke Cake

I LOVE this recipe! I like it with lemon cake mix and orange jello. It's great for summer! I've also done lemon raspberry and it's so fabulous. This cake is moist and fresh. Delish.

Decorator Frosting

This frosting is absolutely incredible. Everyone is asking me for the recipe! It's soft on the inside but hard enough to stack on the outside. And sweet, but not toooo sweet. I made it with pecan shortbreads.

Nanaimo Bars III

These were amazing. I mixed the first layer ingredients as instructed, except omitted the egg and baked at 350 for 10 minutes. I added the 2nd layer, then refrigerated, then the top layer when the middle was hard and cold. No double boiler! They went over really well and everyone loved them.

Snickerdoodle Cake I

This was great! Made it for a special lunch dessert, put lots of cinnamon sugar on the top, some cinnamon in the batter, and it was just delicious. Soft and yummy! I halved the batter, baked it in a brownie tin, and it made plenty!

Spanish Rice II

Super easy and delicious. Went great with our chile pork verde I keep making this! It's GREAT! I now like to add chicken seasoning, cumin, shallots, lime juice, parsley, and saffron while it's cooking! Really bumps it up.

Poppy Seed Bundt Cake II

This is my mom's "top secret" recipe and it's simply fabulous. We like it drizzled with a glaze of milk+powdered sugar and it's especially festive with colored sprinkles. I love this cake and used to hope it'd break in the bundt pan so we could have one around the house
