I'm expected to bring this to most gatherings and it is always a hit. Teddy Grahams are great with this and I usually leave off the pecans although it does have to stay cool and can get a bit sticky without the nuts. The chocolate chip teddy grahams seem to be the favorite. This is also a fun kids dish.

Smoked Salmon Spread

Excellent. The flakier the salmon the better I like the spread. I take this to potlucks and its a big hit.

French Onion Soup Gratinee

This is one of the best onion soup recipes I've found. I used maui onions that gave it an amazing flavor and did increase the amount of onions and my husband loved it.

Grilled Asparagus

Great easy recipe. I used seasoned bread dipping oil instead of plain olive oil and it gave the asparagus a great additional flavors and no need for salt.
