Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
These were very easy to make and came out pretty good. My recipe yielded 18 muffins but I measure pretty small. I did make some substitutions but only because I wanted them a little lighter and a little bit more moist. First I live at high altitude so I reduced the baking powder and soda to 3/4 tsp. I changed the yogurt to milk and I substituted applesauce for the oil. Not major changes by any means oh I almost forgot I used mini chips instead of regular I find they bake better. Amazing recipe thanks for sharing!

Fudge
This is so easy to make. My son and I have been making it together since he was 4 years old. Being a microwave recipe allows the kids to really participate. I agree with some of the other reviews that you milk chocolate instead of semi sweet. We love to use different chips to make different flavors. Our favorite thing to do since we like chocolate mint fudge is crush andes mints and after we pour the fudge into the pan we push the crushed andes mints on top then let keep completely cool before cutting! Love this recipe!!
