Easy Pavlova

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2011
This turned out really well. I used aluminum foil instead of parchment paper and it came off easily. I also used blueberries instead of kiwis and my husband thought it was delicious.

Sky High Yorkshire Pudding

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2011
These turned out perfectly risen and extremely tasty. I used shortening instead of oil and added some salt.

Chicken Jalfrezi

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2008
It found this to be a little too generic for my taste and the ground coriander and cumin was too dominant of a flavor.

Chicken Curry I

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2007
I found this recipe to be extremely bland. Curry is all about strong, distinctive flavours and this barely tasted of anything to me. I ended up adding ground coriander, black pepper, double the salt, turmeric, garam masala and extra cayenne to taste to give this recipe the kick it needed.
