Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2014
I love this for breakfast, but i don't add the sugar, and i use almond milk, not soy milk. I also used Bob's Red Mill high fiber oat bran, instead on rolled oats. My stomach is happy with this, as i have become sensitive to dairy, and gluten. I've also tried making this with blueberry Kefir, and frozen strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, and 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed, with almond milk. LOVE IT!!

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2013
We love peanut butter so this pie is a must have for the holidays. I make mine a bit different tho, i use 1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese, 1 cup creamy Teddies Old Fashioned peanut butter, 1 (8oz) True whip, and 1/3 cup sugar. I also make the crust, because i don't like the store bought graham cracker crust.

Mile High Shredded Beef

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2011
Wonderful recipe, i put mine in the crock pot in the morning, and made coleslaw. By dinner time it was smelling so good, i wanted to eat it, while i was pulling it apart. Can also use 3 pound of pork shoulder too, works out wonderful with eather!

Pumpkin Roll I

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2011
Wonderful recipe. I did a few things different, i lined my jelly-roll pan with parchment paper, which made it easy to remove, and i dusted a tea towel with confectioner's sugar, on bothsides for easy roll up, and unrolling. I also used Libby's Pumpkin pie filling, not pumpkin puree. This recipe was the best, so yummy!

Sioux Indian Pudding

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2008
I love Indian Pudding, and have always had a hard time cooking it. One thing i did learn from a cheif in the family, was when you put it into the oven to bake, put it into a larger pan, or baking dish, filled with water, it helps so the middle isn't runnie.

Chicken Pot Pie I

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2007
I was surprised at how easy this pie was to make, i used steam-fresh mixed veggies, added a can of milk, and pre-cooked my chicken in a bit of olive oil with salt, and pepper.
