Basil, Tomato and Mozzarella Sandwich

Delicious! I drizzled the evoo & balsamic vinegar on the bread itself, then dress with sliced tomatoes & cheese, put into toaster oven until cheese was just slightly melted then added the whole basil leaves. Oh gosh- thanks so much for this vegetarian recipe!

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

My goodness- I don't like pancakes and loved this recipe! My husband ate 4 and I ate 2. Indeed, the servings are not large at all- for example, I made it for 4 people but it fed the 2 of us. So pay attention to this detail when you're making them. Thanks so much for this recipe!

Chicken Enchiladas I

French Bread Rolls to Die For

Oh my goodness- what a pleasant surprise! It's my first time ever making bread and it came out absolutey delicious. I followed tips from others and used my Kitchen Aid mixer and followed recipe exactly as written. The rolls were soft 3 days later wrapped in a tea towel. Thanks so much for this recipe.

Easy Key Lime Pie I

Well, the version of 2 c. milk,3/4 cup lime juice and 4 yolks worked for me but I'm not sure whose recipe I'm rating since I didn't use the recipe as listed. With that said, it came out delicious! Thanks for a lovely recipe.

Lemon Square Bars

Way too much sugar. It is sickly sweet- wish I had taken the advice of others and lessen the sugar. I'm sure it would've been better if I'd done so. The sugar drowns out the taste of everything else. Will make again with less sugar.

Old Fashioned Peach Cobbler

Update 10/1/08- I made it this weekend and put the 2 cups called for and it came out delicious! 5 stars!! I believe since we're using fresh peaches, we must use the 2 cups sugar called for. Thanks for this recipe! I followed TWITCHERY's advice that said to cut the sugar in half. Big mistake! The cobbler came out fine except for cutting the sugar. The consistency, pastry, etc. was perfect except I had to add confectioner's sugar on top so that we can eat it. Next time I'll put the 2 cups called for in the recipe. It would've been a 5 star recipe for sure.

Jenn's Out Of This World Spaghetti and Meatballs

The best meatballs we've ever had! My hubby is hard to please and he loved them! I froze 1/2 of it for another dinner next month. I tweaked store-bought sauce and it still came out great! Thanks so much Jen for this wonderful recipe.

Easy Broccoli Quiche

It was my first quiche and it tasted fine except I think 1 tsp of salt was a bit too much. Next time, I'll remove a pinch from the 1 tsp and see what happens. Thanks for sharing. Nerry

Blue Cheese Burgers

I DON'T eat burgers usually but this we had to try. Made with ground turkey- this was great. I followed someone's advice and melted the cheese for 30 seconds in the microwave, then mixed thoroughly into meat with other ingredients. Out of this world- thanks so much Poni. This is the only way I'll make burgers from now on.

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

I simply can't say enough- this was the best pizza I've ever had- I used only 4oz of Bill's blue cheese off this site- buffalo chicken & pizza- it was a marriage made in heaven! I brought the leftovers for lunch today- can't wait for my break. Thanks so much

Bill's Blue Cheese Dressing

Sharon's Jamaican Fruit Cake

The best "wine cake" I've ever eaten using this recipe- and I bake this every year. I made it for Christmas and everyone loved it. I even saved one pan of cake for New Year's (just soaked with wine and cover it) in the refrigerator and it was wonderful. Many thanks, Sharon
