I'm so glad I discovered allrecipes! I like to play World of Warcraft, devour books (as well as good food), and have a good time. Pasta, most Italian or Mexican dishes, and strange foods that I create. My brother and I had a night each week where we each had to cook dinner. While my dinners were usually more mundane, like pork chops and mashed potatoes, my brother would create these gourmet meals! One night he made us herbed roast pork with roasted vegetables. I still don't know what was in it, but it was great! I successfully made my first cobbler, a peach one, from a recipe in a 1980s Southern cookbook. I don't like peaches, but I'm told it was to die for! I once made a spinach cream sauce for my pasta, and made the unfortunate decision to add corn... it was a very strange tasting meal!
