Molasses Sugar Cookies

I made these over Christmas for a cookie exchange. They were easy to make, very yummy, and made the whole house smell like Christmas!

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II

My whole family loved this chicken fried rice! The first time I made it though, I followed the recipe exactly - too much pepper for me! I've cut that significantly since.
