Busy mom of six kids. I work and my husband and I own a business, which keeps us really busy! Love to cook, but don't have a whole lot of time. My crock-pot really gets a work out during the week, but on weekends I really do alot of home cooking and baking!
My favorite things to cook
Desserts, and Southern foods are our favorites, but we love mexican food, too.

awesome! everyone loved it! Took some time, but it was so worth it!

Authentic, No Shortcuts, Louisiana Red Beans and Rice
Made this several times, and everyone really likes it. I do add more spices though, it was a little bland by cajan standards.

Absolute Best Liver and Onions
Best liver I've ever had. Lol, I really do not like liver, though, and this recipe didn't turn me into a convert, so 4 stars. I will use it when I have request for liver!
