Balsamic Marinated Chicken Breasts

Made chicken as written except I cut the cooking time to 30 mins due to the size of my breast halves and the chicken was so moist and flavorful. Just a hint of the balsamic and the rosemary was jumpin off with flavor. Thanks for a delicious and simple way to eat chicken breasts. Also very healthy main dish.

Slow Cooker Carnitas

I loved the way these carnitas turned out. I did make a few changes per others suggestions and doubled the spices except for the cinnamon and added a sliced onion and 4 cloves of chopped garlic to the bottom. Just crisped some of the shredded meat in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 mins....Yummo...!! Many thanks Erin. I've already had this for breakfast and dinner and I will make nachos out of it tomorrow for lunch..!!

Chewy Brownies

These brownies were delicious. I did change a few things per other reviewers suggestions, increased the cocoa to 1/2 cup and added milk chocolate chips instead of the nuts. I will be making these again. Thanks for the recipe...!!

Apple Squares

I thought these turned out beautifully with a delicious brownie like consistantcy. The only things I changed based on other reviews was to cut the sugars to 1/3 cup each and increased the chopped apples to 1 cup. Wonderful recipe for the fall...I will be making again. Thanks BariAnn :)

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

These are the slight changes I made. Doubled the sauce for 4 large bone in chicken breasts. Used low sodium soy, rice wine vinegar, and half white and half brown sugar. Poured the sauce over the chicken and baked at 400 degrees for 15 minutes then turned oven down to 350 for 30 minutes basting often. Moist and delicious used in my Chinese Chicken Salad!!

Pumpkin Ginger Cupcakes

These were insanely off the chart delicious. I didn't have any crystalized ginger to add. I will find it and make these again! Topped with cream cheese frosting II from this site and they were gobbled up by my coworkers in no time at all. Thank you for this memorable recipe!!

Tuna Noodle Casserole

Made a few changes to this delicious recipe. Used red bell pepper, added 1 cup frozen peas, olive oil, fat free half & half, sharp cheddar cheese, three 3 oz cans of albacore tuna, omitted the pimiento and light mayo all topped off with French fried onions. So yummy!

Greek Pasta Salad with Roasted Vegetables and Feta

We all loved this healthy fresh tasting salad. The only changes I made was the addition of red onion, I sweated the eggplant for 30 mins with salt and I used whole grain pasta. Everything else I followed to a T and the flavors were amazing...!! Keeper.

Kickin Stuffed Peppers

My neighbor brought home a basket of peppers that are called California Peppers. I used mild Italian Sausage and regular cream chesse since that's what I had on hand and they turned out wonderful...!! Thanks for an awesome recipe...!!

Healthy Garden Salad

Simply delicious...The only small changes I made was used the juice from one lemon since that's what I had on hand and I used the corn from 3 white ears of corn as I need to use these up too. Thanks Kitties for the fresh and easy salad for dinner tonight...!!
