Cinnamon Rolls II

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2011
These were so very yummy! This was the first time I've ever tried to make cinnamon rolls and I for my first time I think I picked a winner of a recipe! For my oven I should have cooked these at only 350 degrees and for probably 18-20 minutes. I cooked at 375 for 20 minutes and they did get a little too done, but they were still so good. I did cut the recipes in half so I only made 12 rolls but I kept the recipe for the icing the same. We love a lot of icing on our cinnamon rolls!

Easy Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2011
I made this meatloaf last night for dinner and my husband and I loved it! Like so many others I did also saute the onions with a little garlic and I added worcestershire sauce and it turned out so very yummy. I did not find the sauce too sweet as some others did. I found it a perfect balance between sweet and tang. I personally did not double the sauce ingredients and felt that it was just the right amount of sauce for the amount of meat. Great recipe!

Banana Muffins II

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2010
This is the first time I've ever tried making banana bread or muffinds and they turned out great! I especially love that the recipe does not use oil. My muffins turned out very moist and yummy.

Cinnamon Ice Cream

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2010
So good! I didn't even use an ice cream maker. I just found instructions on the internet of how to make ice cream without a machine, which there is more than one method out there. The only thing I changed was I used only 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and that is just because of taste preference. My husband does not like a lot of cinnamon. It turned out creamy and yummy!

Frog Eyed Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2010
I loved this recipe! I wasn't introduced to this salad until a few years back but I never attempted to make it myself. A few weeks ago I did and it turned out great. The only thing I did different was to used pineapple tidbits and also some crushed pineapple instead of the bigger chunks. I felt I was able to enjoy more of everything in one bite instead of eating a big chunk of pineapple and nothing else. That's how I prefer it but either way this recipe will be my go to from now on!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2007
I'm not sure what all the people who gave this recipe a bad review were talking about. If these cookies turned out bad, the only blame is on the person making the cookies. I can't believe how wonderful these cookies turned out! I've made other recipes that turn out completely flat and spread all over the place. These cookies not only turn out looking perfect, but they taste fantastic. Some people complained saying these were not chewy cookies. The title says nothing about chewy. It says soft, and that's exactly what they are. I also read many reviews and many people had things they suggested could be changed. I didn't change one thing. I think they are great just the way the recipe reads. This is the chocolate chip cookie recipe that I will use forever! Thanks so much for the amazing cookies!
