Very good. I scaled-up the recipes and usd 10 apples, 3/4 c sugar ut only 1 c water since I cooked it in my slow cooker on high for four hours. Delicious. I added some extra cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg for fun.

Mexican Pizza I

Excellent. I baked the tortillas flat in the oven at 375 for 12 minutes instead of deep frying. Then I added the beans and beef to one tortilla, topped with another and added cheese and salsa and other toppings to the top tortilla.

Fiesta Pear Dessert

Absolutely delicious. I used chocolate ice cream. To avoid deep frying, bake tortillas coated with spray oil in a soup bowl for 12 minutes at 375 F.

Spinach Lasagna II

Delicious Black Bean Burritos

Hot Pizza Dip

My guests devoured this dip in less than five minutes. Next time I'll make two. I mixed the cream cheese and herbs the night before and baked at 350 for 30 mintues. This recipes is fabulous and so easy.

Wasabi Mashed Potatoes

Awesome potatoes. I made some changes. I stirred together 1tablespoon wasabi paste with 1/2c sour cream, for 3 lbs of potatoes. I omitted the oil and butter.
