Charline's Sweet Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2010
Love this recipe. I make it every Thanksgiving and it is always a hit. Delish! Not to mention that its gluten free so, this year my younger brothers adorable girlfriend could also eat it. : )

Pumpkin Pancakes

These were fabulous! Great way to welcome the fall season. I skipped the flour, baking powder, etc. and just used bisquick. Then I added the additional ingredients. They turned out perfect! Just like Ihops. mmmmm

This looked and smelled so good we were eating it right out of the oven. Delish! It was actually better warm than cold. Made exactly like the recipe except I added some fresh raspberries. yummy!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2009
This is a great recipe but, to me it is more like chicken pot pie than chicken and dumplings (at least the ones my grandma makes). I normally add a bag of frozen mixed veggies about an hour before serving which makes it even more like a pot-pie. I cut the biscuits into 1/4's and drop them on top. Great for a cold night.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2009
By far my favorite soup. I have made it soooo many times now. It make a lot. I usually freeze the rest. I usually use whatever beans I have on hand. I have used pintos, kidneys, black beans, any kind turns out great. Also, usually leave out the beer. I have made it both ways and like it better without. mmm.mmm

Chocolate Covered Cherries

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2009
This recipe was great. It was pretty time consuming but that was expected. Follow that advice of other reviews and put the cherries in the freezer. Also, after rolling the cherries with the filling, place them back in the freezer. That made them so much easier to dip. I double-dipped mine so they would not leak. Excellent!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2007
This recipe is so great. It can be made with different kinds of fruit. I used watermelon, strawberry and blueberries. Wonderful! I can't wait to try it with other fruits.
