Fantastic!! We've not used the frosting recipe yet, opting instead to sprinkle powdered sugar on them.

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2013
I didn't have bread flour when I tried it, so used unbleached flour and it came out great! I stuck to the recipe as written and my family loved it. This will be replacing the recipe we've been using. We had extra dough (made a double batch), so we used it to make breadsticks with melted butter and garlic salt w/ parsley and melted cheese. Those were great, too. Thanks for the great, easy recipe!!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2013
These are sooooo good. My kids and I all love them. I now crave these more often than I do chocolate chip cookies, and that's saying something!! Double the batch to use up one full can of pumpkin. No worries, they'll get eaten!!

Gobble Up Granola Snacks

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2007
This is good stuff!! I made my first batch using the corn syrup, as I was out of honey. I also used Choco-Nilla Krispies, which was a wonderful substitute! My second batch was made with regular Krispies, Craisins, cinnamon chips instead of chocolate and honey rather than corn syrup. I took it to my daughter's preschool for snack, and all the kids asked for more! The possibilities are limitless for what you can add to this recipe. I also just dumped it onto wax paper, shaped into a rectangle by hand, and refridgerated. I will be trying lots of variations I'm sure!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2007
Everyone LOVED these rolls! I used my kitchenaid mixer instead of a bread machine. I proofed the yeast for about ten minutes, all of the warm milk, one tsp. of the sugar, and 1 tbsp of yeast. I used instant active yeast instead of bread machine yeast, and compensated by using all-purpose flour. Putzy to make, but very simple. Mom says they are better than cinnabon. :)
