Floating Brownie

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2000
Thank you so much for this recipe. I had a recipe like this but it was called "Mocha Fudge Pudding Cake" and I lost it. I love making it and my faminly loves eating it. The only difference is I dont turn it out of the pan. I serve it warm with a spoon just the way it is in the pan, I just turn the spoon when I serve it so the mocha fudge ends up on top. Thank you, LadyJade

Old-Fashioned Rice Pudding I

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2000
Thank you for this recipe. I've been looking for a rice pudding recipe that is really close to my Husband's late mother's recipe. I held my breath as he tried it and then saw this big smile on his face. He said it's the closest anyone has come to his Mom's recipe. It's delicious. Thank you !!! LadyJade

Melt In Your Mouth Toffee

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2001
How can I say thanks for this recipe? A simple "thank you" just cant be enough for a recipe this good. I did take the advise of others and used a larger baking pan. I also lined my pan with foil. My Family went crazy over this and they now have a favorite candy. Easy !!! I couldn't believe how easy it was to make. Ruth, you did great !!! LadyJade

Cake Mix Cookies VII

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2002
Thank you a million times over for this recipe. It is absolutely the best cookie recipe I have tried (and I've made LOTS). I made it the way your recipe suggests except I cut down on the oil a tad. I cant way to make it with different kinds of cake mixes and different flavored chips.

Kettle Corn

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2003
Thank you Sue !!! Your recipe made me a star !!! It was sooooo simple too. I used my Stir Crazy popper and heated up the oil til one kernel popped, then put in the rest of the popcorn and the sugar and shook shook shook like crazy, hehehe. I also added salt to the warm popcorn. It came out fabulous and received great reviews from all my guests. Thanks !!!

Pineapple Easter Eggs

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2003
This recipe didn't work at all. The pineapple mixture was very soupy, therefore couldn't be shaped into anything. I even tried freezing it first but that didn't help at all. I had to thorw it away. Sorry, but this just doesn't work.

Mom's Ginger Snaps

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2004
FANTASTIC !!! Just finished making these cookies with my nieces. Instead of rolling into balls I used a cookie scooper, made it much easier. Then used the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar to press cookies down slightly. Also, I took the advise of others and doubled the spices. These came out fabulously. The tops even crackled like true ginger snaps do. I will be adding this to my collection of cookie recipes. Thank you so much Elaine !!!

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2004
I've been making this recipe for a couple of months now. It makes fabulous dinner rolls. The dough is perfect and extrememly easy to work with. The other night I tried making cinnamon rolls with it. They are the BEST!!! Here's what you do. Roll dough out to a rectangle, oh about this big, Paint the rectangle with butter. Sprinkle with a mixture of 1 Cup brown sugar and 5 Teaspoons of cinnamon. Roll up starting with the long side. Cut into 12 slices. Place into a buttered 9x13 cake pan and let rise for about an hour. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. You dont NEED a glaze. Thanks for the wonderful recipe Donna !!! You are the Bomb !!!

Ooey Gooey Greatness !!! These are incredible. All you have to do is listen to the other reviewers. Break the crackers smaller than is indicated in the recipe and dont put the toppings on til the last 5 minutes of baking. I used half a bag of mini-marshmellows. This is quick and easy and the absolute YUMMIEST !!! Thank you Liza !!!
