Overall, this is a good recipe, largely dependent on the type of barbecue sauce used. You could probably omit the brown sugar and not miss it, as it is too sweet for my taste. Also, like other reviewers, I think it has too much liquid in the finished product. Reducing the liquid by half before adding the shredded pork and adding some liquid smoke would improve the taste. I've found that 10 to 12 hours on Low is the perfect cooking time. Have made this twice now and find that with these adjustments, might be a 4 star recipe.
