Spicy Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2010
This is delicious! I added oilve oil and used it as a thick marinade. My husband liked it so much that he currently has deer meat marinading in the fridge using this recipe. I used only half the salt called for, and will use even less next time.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

What an interesting recipe! When made as this recipe calls for, the meat is rare. I keep the heat on longer as I don't like it quite so rare.

Whiel I don't care for these pancakes so much, I rated it 5 stars because my husband, who never eats pancakes, as well as my 8 year old stepson think this recipe rocks! Thanks for putting a healthy twist on a breakfast staple.

We try to be pretty healthy eaters, so this recipe is a fun one to use. The kids love it. I usually leave the potatoes in the oven longer for a bit more crunch. Delicious! Thanks for the recipe.

My husband doesn't like sour cream, but he does like this recipe! I usually use lite sour cream, but we love it. It's a good way to get the kids to eat spinach. Thanks!

Three Bean Slow Burn Chili

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2011
This is the best chili recipe! We love spicy food, so this was a good find for us. I serve it with the suggested shredded cheese and sour cream, as well as sweet corn bread. I often add sweet corn to the chili as well. Thanks so much!

Chicken and Tortellini Stew

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2011
GREAT recipe. I've made it often, especially as a way to use leftovers from a roasted chicken. If I don't have tortellini on hand, I've substituted whole wheat couscous. It's a very different, but a nice change. Thanks for sharing a wonderful recipe!

Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries

Reviewed: May 2, 2011
Made this for dinner last night when my M-I-L came for dinner. It was a hit, and the kitchen smelled wonderful! I also used chicken breast since that is what I had on hand, added garlic, and I used more than the called for amount of fresh rosemary. Thanks for the recipe!

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2011
These were pretty good. While we didn't taste the flavors of the marinade too much (I marinated for about 6 hours), the chicken was quite moist and tender and the veggies were juicy. We had company for dinner, and they were tickled with the presentation.

Sausage-Stuffed Eggplant

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2011
Yum, yum, yum! This is so very good! I've made it twice now and have had no problem with scooping the flesh out of the shell once roasted. We like it with ground spicy Italian sausage. My 9 year old stepson gobbled it up and keeps asking me to make it again. Thanks for a wonderful way to use all the eggplant that's in the garden.
