This was EXCELLENT!! I took all of the ingredients to a party and not only was it really easy to make, but it was a huge success with all the other partygoers. For the second batch, I left out the water and replaced with about 6 ounces of sparkling water. Thanks for a GREAT recipe!

Baked Kale Chips

Delicious! I can't believe what a wonderful snack these are (although, it's kind of like eating air and I wouldn't expect to get filled up by them at all - they more fulfill the snacking craving). Like others, I found it difficult to get these to the perfect crispness. However, we preferred them a bit under-cooked as opposed to the crumbly, slightly burnt over-cooked version, so we erred on the side of taking them out too early. A delicious snack that I will definitely make again!!!

Barbeque Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2010
I give this recipe 5 stars because the bbq sauce is SO delicious!! I have never made my own bbq sauce before, and I never realized how easy it is! I will definitely be using this recipe for all of my grilling needs from now on! I doubled the sauce recipe, but only used 4 (unpacked) tablespoons of sugar and 4 tbsp's of water. This left the sauce tart and not too runny. I only used 6 boneless thighs. I think the recipe would be great with boneless chicken breasts as well! Thanks for a wonderful recipe!

Easy Turkey Gravy

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2009
I have been trying to find an easy and delicious turkey gravy recipe for the past three thanksgivings and I've finally found it!!! This was simple, turned out great, and everyone loved it. I will definitely keep this for years to come. I didn't have enough turkey stock from the pan, so I supplemented with chicken stock and it was just fine. Also - note that this recipe makes 28 servings (7 cups)!!! This was way more than I needed - I suggested cutting the recipe in half, unless you're feeding an army!

Pumpkin Flax Quickbread

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2008
I thought this bread was delicious and really easy to make! I took the advice of other reviewers and used 1 C whole wheat flour, and 2/3 C all purpose. I also cut back the sugar to 1/2 C, added a little extra pumpkin, and threw in a handful of chopped walnuts. Both my fiance` and I agreed - DELICIOUS!

Feta Cheese Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2007
This recipe is really great - I make it at least once a month for my boyfriend and I. I always use black olives and also add in finely chopped onions which adds great flavor and texture. And, if you cook these on a George Foreman grill, you see a lot of the fat from the meat and cheese drip right out!
