This was EXCELLENT!! I took all of the ingredients to a party and not only was it really easy to make, but it was a huge success with all the other partygoers. For the second batch, I left out the water and replaced with about 6 ounces of sparkling water. Thanks for a GREAT recipe!

Baked Kale Chips
Delicious! I can't believe what a wonderful snack these are (although, it's kind of like eating air and I wouldn't expect to get filled up by them at all - they more fulfill the snacking craving). Like others, I found it difficult to get these to the perfect crispness. However, we preferred them a bit under-cooked as opposed to the crumbly, slightly burnt over-cooked version, so we erred on the side of taking them out too early. A delicious snack that I will definitely make again!!!

Barbeque Chicken
I give this recipe 5 stars because the bbq sauce is SO delicious!! I have never made my own bbq sauce before, and I never realized how easy it is! I will definitely be using this recipe for all of my grilling needs from now on! I doubled the sauce recipe, but only used 4 (unpacked) tablespoons of sugar and 4 tbsp's of water. This left the sauce tart and not too runny. I only used 6 boneless thighs. I think the recipe would be great with boneless chicken breasts as well! Thanks for a wonderful recipe!
