Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Great recipe but a tad on the unhealthy side. SO to make it healthier I sub FF 1/2 and 1/2 for the heavy cream. Cant taste the difference and a load healthier for you.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

The taste is great but my "dumplings" didnt cook as the recipe stated, they were still doughy. Not sure why as I followed the recipe as directed and even cooked an hour longer. Ended up having to microwave to get dough to cook. Next time I will just bake the bisquits and eat with the meal.

Szechwan Shrimp

Great taste but overall the recipe needs something extra so I usually double the sauce and add water chestnuts, mushrooms, pepper, onions, (any veggie) so that it is more of a meal.

I love this recipe and it is always a hit when I make it. THe only change I make is that I use sesame oil to add a little extra asian flare and a nutty taste.

My family loved these, and so easy to make. I did use gold yukons potatoes instead but I imagine the recipe would be good no matter what type of potatoe you used!

Gourmet Chicken Pizza

Excellent, only modifications were that I used frozen pizza dough, light dressing (to make healthier) and added crushed up bacon. Was a huge hit at my super bowl party.

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

Very good, but a little time consuming to make. To make healthier I substituted, turkey sausage, and fat free half and half (in place of heavy cream). Needed to add a little extra cornstarch to make set up but very delicious.

Spinach Tomato Tortellini

Very delicious! I am always looking to make recipes healthier, so I substituted fat free half and half for the heavy cream. Couldn't tell the difference, and I didn't feel guilty for eating a "cream sauce"
