The Perfect Cream Cheese Pie Crust
I had great success with this recipe. I followed the recipe to the letter except I started by adding just 5 cups of flour and found that I need no more than that. Crust turned out flaky and I had no issues with rolling it out with just a little flour on my board and pin. I did pull half of the dough out so that I could half of the dough savory and half sweet with some extra added sugar. Will being making this again and keeping some on hand at all times. Update: October 24, 2014 Made this again; this time just was written. 6 cups of flour and all. Again, I found this dough to be just wonderful. Don't know why anyone would trouble with it. If you know how to bake I think you will appreciate this recipe.

Idaho Fry Sauce
I love this sauce! I do cut back or leave out altogether the sugar as I like a more vinegar tartness to my sauce but I have yet to have home baked "fries" without having this sauce too. I think it's just great. Thanks for sharing.

French Silk Chocolate Pie III
I too was worried about the amount of butter. I read some of the reviews and some cut the butter down to 1 cup so I did that. But after whipping it I found I needed the full 2 cups of butter in order to fill my Pyrex fluted glass pan. Tasted great! Not too buttery at all. I also used 4 eggs which again worked perfect for me. If I were you I would try it the orginial way the first time and then makes any changes you feel are neccessary. I don't think this pie needs whipped cream either but that's just my taste. :-)
